We have two positions filled with union members, leading Health and Safety. For the BEA side it is David Fry, for ICP
it is Bill Nelson. Any concerns should include them in notifications.
PERSONALLY, I DO NOT CARE WHO OWNS THE SAFETY PROGRAM. IT IS FOR OUR OWN GOOD. WE BENEFIT FROM THE PROGRAM. WE CAN STOP DOING
A JOB IF WE FEEL IT IS A PROBLEM. NO LONGER ARE OUR MEMBERS THREATENED FOR WANTING TO BE SAFE. THIS HAS BEEN A LONG TIME IN
THE MAKING BUT IT HAS BEEN A UNION GOAL FROM THE START.
IT IS MY PERSONAL HOPE AND PRAYER THAT WE PLACE OUR SAFETY
ABOVE ANY JOB WE ARE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH.
